Level 1 Coaching Course – Spaces Available
The Level 1 coaching course will run between 09:00 and 15:00 on the following dates:
Day 1: Saturday 17th February 2018
Day 2: Saturday 24th February 2018
Day 3: Saturday 31st March 2018
Day 4: Saturday 12th May 2018
The venue is:
Perivale Community Centre, Horsenden Lane South, Perivale, Greenford UB6 7NP
The fee for 12 students, will be £270.00 each, all inclusive.
The course runs in a class room environment, over 4 days. Tuition takes place on days 1, 2 and 3, the final assessment is on day 4. There are no online tests, however a little bit of research may be required.Between days 2 and 4, you will be required to do 12 hours of coaching practice, and record the events in your portfolio.
These 12 hours are an opportunity to develop the skills you have gained from the course to date and to prepare you for the assessment. You will also need a mentor, (senior archer or coach, doesn’t have to be from your club) to help you along the way.
A DBS check and proof of attending a Child Protection course will be required.
